[Zoobank-list] availability of ZooRecord vol. 140

Apologies for cross-posting.

Does anyone have information about the publication status of Zoological 
Record volume 140 (for 2004)?

Our library has a subscription to the print edition (and dues have long 
been paid), but we have not received any sections of this volume, nor do 
we have electronic access to the data it contains.
A recent search of mine in the online "Index to Organism Names" has 
produced references to volume 140. Has the latter been officially 
published? If so, does anybody have practical suggestions as to how 
subscribers may access its data?
