[Zoobank-list] ZooBank prototype on-line

As it is identical to Thomson's ION, my question is - in what way is 
this a prototype of ZooBank, illustrating its intentions, and therefore 
providing a hitherto unavailable resource? ION provides all the dirty 
sweepings off the floor of biological publication. The ZooBank variant 
of it surely should and could be somewhat more discerning?
