[Zoobank-list] ZooBank prototype on-line

Dear Igor,
I agree that the word prototype is probably not well chosen, because it is not yet ZooBank, it is a ZooBank percursor. We are on the way to ZooBank, but not yet there.
ZooBank is not a commercial project (Zoological Record is), but ZooBank can profit from Zoological Record's support. Zoological Record cannot give up its commercial status because it would instantly cease to exist which would be a serious disadvantage for the zoological community.
As soon as the registration is in place, everybody can freely access ALL information that authors submit, as long as they have an internet connection.

If it is an on-line prototype of ZooBank, then it is the 101st
on-line prototype of ZooBank, not being one of the best prototypes. It
should be probably renamed into Anti-Zoobank, as it contradicts initial
ideas published and discussed. It looks like a business project as it
gives much less information then it requests from contributors. If a
user wishes more information, following links attached, then he must
pay. Sorry if I am mistaken.
