[Zoobank-list] ZooBank Policies

Dear List,

the ZooBank Committee is currently defining procedures and policies so that we (and everybody) know how we operate and what we are doing.
The first document we are working on is a Policy how we work our Policies. This sounds overly bureaucratic, but we need some rules about how we operate to safeguard transparency and public involvement. This should be as less as possible a top-down operation, but at the same time, we want to achieve an operating ZooBank in the very near future. This policy of policies is supposed to help us to achieve this goal.
The current draft is attached and is open for discussion till 1 September when we will revise it and prepare it for voting by the ZooBank Committee.
Any comments are welcome.
